  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

  • Unboxing video (recommended for faster verification)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Used or opened products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products purchased during special sales or clearance offers

  • Personal care or hygiene-related products (if applicable)

Refund Process

Once your return/refund request is approved after verification:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund based on product availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

As we work with third-party fulfilment partners and suppliers, reverse pickups may be arranged where applicable. In certain cases, customers may be required to self-ship the product to the provided return address.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:
